Can I introduce myself that pack before buy ?
It uses new chips or refurbished/reballed ? any warranty at least for 2..3 months ?

We do provide technical support and documentation for the Microphase Z7-Nano FPGA development board. Some documentation is available directly in the product description on the page you linked. If you need additional files or technical details, we can also send them upon request.
The board is brand new, not refurbished or reballed. It uses the original new Zynq-7000 series components as specified.
This product comes with a 2-year warranty in accordance with EU law, giving you peace of mind after your purchase.
