Hi, can I use this board for monitor 50 meters distance laptop computer screen? Without knowing the user, if not. Please let me know which board could do monitor laptop or smart phone apple?

No, a USRP B210 (or any SDR board) is not a tool for “monitoring” a laptop or iPhone screen from 50 meters, especially without the user’s knowledge/permission. SDRs receive and analyze radio signals, they do not give you access to what’s displayed on a computer/phone screen, and attempting to intercept someone else’s communications would also be illegal in most countries.
What the USRP B210 can be used for (legitimate examples):
Learning and research with GNURadio/UHD
Receiving/transmitting and analyzing RF signals across a wide frequency range
Building/testing your own wireless links in a controlled, authorized environment
Wireless security research only on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test
